The newly launched blog community Music Diplomacy brings together experiences and reflections from experts in the field, and is dedicated to collect the most inspiring stories on music diplomacy from all over the world. We are very happy to be featured on such an important platform.
The article on Music Crossroads is one of the first to be published on the blog, and it highlights our mission and activities, with a special focus on our success stories on how the Academies empower young musicians with innovative music education and the necessary tools for a career in music.
The Music Diplomacy blog was initiated by Paolo Petrocelli, founder and president of EMMA for peace (Euro-Mediterranean Music Academy), and it holds the credo “When Music Speaks, Everybody Understands”.
Music is a universal language that break barriers and cultural differences, it promotes cooperation, understanding and mutual respect among people, thus contributing to a culture of peace.
