Heart & Soul Radio Partnership – Music Box

The Academy this year got into a media partnership agreement with Heart and Soul Broadcasting Services (HStv), a subsidiary of Alpha Media Holdings, publishers of Newsday, Standard and Zimbabwe Independent.

The show, Music Box is a weekly 15-minute music show throwing a spotlight on Academy students through stripped-back live intimate music performances which are pre-recorded at HStv studios. It is a space for artists to connect with a wide demographic audience both locally and globally.

The show is a platform for students to profile themselves, promote their brands, projects and other updates. It comprises of a performance of a maximum of 3 songs in the studio. The footage will be edited and broadcast on HStv online platfroms. Unsigned artists, students and some alumni have performed for 4 shows per month.
