Nicolau Caunaneque

Head of Pedagogy

Nicolau Caunaneque is the head of pedagogy at Music Crossroads Academy. He teaches body percussion, keyboard harmony and piano. Nicolau holds an Honor’s degree in music from Universidade Eduardo Mondlane. During his studies he has had the opportunity to participate in an exchange program in Finland. Nicolau is a talented piano and saxophone player and he frequently performs at concerts and festivals with fellow musicians both locally and internationally. He also contributes socially to the development of communities through various actions in the church in and around the province of Maputo.
