OLAMA HEARTS is an all-male Afro-Fusion music band with a fast growing reputation on the local scene, with ambitions of reaching the international market in the near future. The group was established in October 2016 when the 8 members, were music students at the world-renowned Music Crossroads Academy Zimbabwe. The band’s music reflects the joyful and carefree condition of a loving heart.
The founders of this group believe that Olama Hearts is not just a name, but a lifestyle. The band members who come from humble backgrounds believe their shared passion for music is the key to a greater tomorrow.
Olama Hearts is made up of Ability Mazarire, Brian Mhlanga, Simbarashe Paridzira, Takudzwa Bare, Paul Muchefa, Igeal Njolomah, Anesu Mapuranga and Ordain Takavada (Operations).
The band won the Chibuku Road to Fame Harare Finals 2017 edition.
